If something is wrong with your order

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or it is not what you ordered, email info@featherfound.store within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo.

We will send you a new one free of charge, or refund you in full, whichever you prefer. You will not need to post anything back, wherever in the world you are.

If you change your mind or ordered the wrong size

Every shirt is printed for you after you order, so once an order is placed we are not able to stop or change it.

If you would like to return it, email info@featherfound.store within 14 days of your order arriving and we will send you the return address. The item needs to come back to us unworn and unwashed, and return postage is paid by you. Once it reaches us we will refund the price you paid.

Please do not post anything back before contacting us, as we cannot refund items that arrive without a return being agreed first.

Getting the size right first time

Every product page has a size guide. The measurements are of the garment laid flat, not of your body, so the easiest check is to measure a t-shirt you already own and like, then match the chest width. Our Comfort Colors shirts have the same chest width as our classic tee but a shorter body, so take your usual size in both.

Refunds

Once approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few days more to show it.

The fastest way to get a different size or colour is to contact us for a refund and place a new order.
